These scammers, or fake recruiters, may post fraudulent job listings and contact job seekers with deceptive offers. They may even conduct fraudulent interviews and attempt to obtain money or personal information from the applicant. Our Hiring Practices

All available job opportunities will be posted on our official LinkedIn career pages. Only the positions advertised there are genuine opportunities. In addition, we seek candidates for confidential positions and manage other projects, such as talent mapping.

We may contact you by phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or through a Microsoft Teams meeting. We do not use any other virtual interview platforms. We will communicate with you in person to speak, not just through chat or text messages.

We will never ask a candidate for any type of payment as part of the hiring or onboarding process. We will also never send a check before employment begins, and we never ask for personal information until you have accepted an offer.

We only send emails from the @lifesciencesrecruiter.com domain. Before receiving a job offer, every candidate will go through a multi-step interview process and meet with at least one interviewer in person or via video call.

How to Spot Recruitment Fraud on LinkedIn

Imposters may create fake LinkedIn profiles that resemble those of our employees. Please do your best to verify the legitimacy of these accounts by checking the following: Many imposters on LinkedIn use the same names and profile photos across different accounts; they often lack real personal information; they have a low number of connections and little activity in their activity feed, with no “likes” or shared posts. Additionally, they typically have no recommendations given or received.

The services offered are described in the quotes sent to clients. The contract for these services is formalized upon the client’s express acceptance of the quote.

Contracting

Services may be contracted through any available means, including online, by email, by phone, or in person. Acceptance of the quote we send constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.

Pricing and Payment Methods

Applicable prices are set forth in the corresponding quotes. We apply fixed rates that can be customized based on the volume and specific characteristics of each client.

Payments are made via bank transfer or direct debit, within the timeframes agreed upon in the quote.

Term and Cancellation

The contracted services are not subject to minimum terms or specific cancellation conditions, except as agreed upon in the accepted quote.

Intellectual Property

All documents, guides, reports, and any original content created and shared by Life Sciences Recruiter in the course of providing its services are the exclusive property of Life Sciences Recruiter.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation, or any other unauthorized use, in whole or in part, of these materials is expressly prohibited without the consent 

in advance and in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We are committed to providing our services with the utmost diligence and professionalism.

However, our liability shall be limited to the provisions of applicable law, excluding any liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages arising from the use or interpretation of the information provided.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Life Sciences Recruiter undertakes to process all personal data and confidential information of its clients in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The information provided by the client will be used solely for the provision of the contracted services.
